Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @forestofwillow.

Please provide visual references whenever possible. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. If you choose to provide non-visual references only please note that you are accepting the possibility for creative liberty on my part.

Payment

Payment is via PayPal only, in USD. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE)must be paid before I start working. Once the final check is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the full size, high quality image is provided via email.

If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission.

Process

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

One (1) major revision may be requested at the time of the initial sketch progress image. Once the sketch has been approved, major structural changes to the piece will not be accepted.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
